1Is Know & Win free to use?
Yes. Playing quizzes and winning discounts is completely free for customers. Brands publish rewards to reach new customers, and the discounts are honoured at their approved branches.
2How is my discount calculated?
Each reward has a maximum discount. Your final discount is proportional to how many questions you answer correctly, rounded to a whole number. Full marks unlock the full amount.
3Can I retry a quiz?
Every campaign allows one attempt. If you did not reach the maximum discount you may be offered one retry after watching a short advertisement or answering a quick survey, and your best result is kept.
4Where do I redeem my coupon?
At the branch shown on the reward. Open the coupon in the app, let staff scan the QR code or read the short code, and the discount is applied before the coupon expires.
5What happens when a reward sells out?
Rewards have a limited number of redemptions. The counter you see is live, and once it reaches zero the campaign shows as sold out. Coupons already won stay valid until they expire.
6I own a brand. How do I list a reward?
Register your brand and first branch from inside the app. Once an administrator approves it, you can build a question bank, publish campaigns, and let branch staff scan coupons.
7Which locations does Know & Win cover?
Know & Win started in Pakistan and the app supports any country, province and city. Rewards are always tied to specific approved branches so you know exactly where they work.
